MidCoast Council is a local government area located in the Mid North Coast region of New South Wales, Australia. The council was formed on 12 May 2016 through a merger of the Gloucester Shire, Great Lakes and City of Greater Taree Councils.
Challenge
Our clients faced critical staff shortages and overwhelming volumes of applications, particularly during COVID. Council had a lack of experienced engineers to manage large and complex projects. We were able to fill this gap for Council.
Solutions
We provided ongoing development engineering support for various types of applications, Development Applications, post-consent applications and inspections.
We provided a multi-disciplinary engineering team and coordinated with Council to ensure consistency in engineering advice.
