Bill Woodcock
Senior Engineering and Management Advisor
Bill Woodcock is a highly respected Civil Engineer and Public Sector Leader with more than 50 years of experience. Widely recognised across the local government sector in NSW, Bill has held numerous leadership roles in Councils throughout the state.
He currently serves as the Regional Chair of the IPWEA NSW Metro South Chapter and was honoured in 2024 with the IPWEA Emeritus Member Award for his outstanding service to public works.
Bill is also a co-author of the AUS-SPEC series, helping shape industry standards used widely across Australia.
Bill Woodcock
Senior Engineering and Management Advisor

Nathan brings more than 20 years of experience in traffic and civil engineering, with a strong track record delivering projects for local governments across Australia and the UK. He is also a TfNSW-accredited Level 3 Road Safety Auditor, recognised for his expertise in safe and practical transport outcomes.
