Flood Risk Assessment using the Eastern Creek TUFLOW model for a site affected by mainstream and overland flow, with building envelopes set so there is no offsite flood impact and no cut and fill. Includes a Stormwater Management Plan with OSD and WSUD. Blacktown City Council approved the DA after the RFI was resolved.
